For retail store managers

You run the floor.
We'll train the team.

Nobody hands you a curriculum when they hand you a team. The Retail Sales Academy does the teaching — a proper selling system, taught properly — so the part left to you is the part you're actually good at: coaching people on the floor, in the moment.

Training you don't have to chase

The hard part of team training was never the teaching. It's the following up — remembering who's behind, catching the person who clicked through without watching, finding out in week six that half of it never landed. That's the part this handles for you.

Assign it in a few clicks

Add a new hire, assign their training, done. Everyone gets their own login, so their progress is theirs and you can see it.

The reminders aren't from you

Your team gets notifications and nudges as due dates approach. You stop being the person who has to keep asking.

Reports that tell you the truth

You see who's completed what and how they did on the quizzes — so you know who's getting it and who needs ten minutes with you.

The Six Steps to the Perfect Purchase

The selling system your team learns — 30 short, interactive video lessons they can watch on any device, at their own pace, whenever their shift allows.

How it lands

Three phases, because one-off training doesn't stick

Every manager has watched a training day evaporate by the following Tuesday. The Academy is built as a continuous process instead — the follow-up is the point.

  1. 1

    They learn the system

30 self-paced video lessons and quizzes covering the Six Steps. Finish, and they're a Certified Retail Sales Professional with a certificate they can print — which matters more to a new hire than you'd think.

  2. 2

They use it on your floor

Intensive follow-up lessons push them to apply what they learned to real situations in your store — approaching a customer, adding on during a sale. This is where your coaching does the most work.

  3. 3

    You keep it sharp

A library of more than 50 advanced lessons you assign whenever someone needs one. Useful for a slump, a new category, or a strong seller who's ready for more.

“…found two incredible new team members. They LOVE the Retail Sales Academy and are carefully putting everything they're learning into practice. They've only been on the sales floor for a total of nine days now and they are already matching my top salesperson in results!”
